1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons dijon or mustard
A juice of one lemon wedge
Tuna, canned in water, 12oz, drained
1/2 cup red onion, choppped
A handful of flat leaf parsley (optional)
Romaine lettuce or spinach
Sliced tomatoes
Kalamata olives (optional)
Whole wheat tortillas, 8 in.

Using a small bowl, mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon and lemon juice together.
Combine tuna, red onion, parsley and dressing mixture in large bowl.
Add the tuna mixture and veggies on whole wheat tortilla and wrap it! :D
